What boredom looks like for us: I sit nearby but don’t try to entertain her. If she’s wandering around unsure what to do, I don’t jump in with ideas. If she sits in silence, I let her. Sometimes she just lies on the floor or moves toys around without a clear plan — and I don’t interrupt. And almost every time… something begins.
