I started taking this vitamin anout 8 months ago. I had my yearly eye exam 2 weeks ago. My Rx was 2.25 last year, this year it was 1.25. I told my optometrist that I am taking this amd she told me to continue to take these and she advised my husband who was there to take them as well.
