I consolidated so many times, paid off credit cards, then didn’t cancel them and used them again😅 I’ve been in exactly the same position, so so many times so don’t feel ashamed!! 🫶🏼 I have a debt management plan with stepchange, that has halved my monthly payments - and on their website you can see exactly how much is being paid and how much is left (not an ad btw they just saved my ass hahah) - it’s a charity, it’s free, and I told them about my ADHD and they manage all comms and organise my plan in a way that helps me! Would 10/10 recommend xx

Girl you’ve got this ✨ have you got Monzo? The pots have changed my life this month and making it so much easier to budget! Also for spending money for you hol, set a target and aim to make that on vinted! Keep it all in a separate pot so you’re not tempted to touch it!

Nothing to be ashamed of it’s a hard addiction to curb. It’s not like you can see the addiction in the same way as alcohol or 💊 you’ve got your figure to work from now and it will soon be working its way down xx
