I know I pursued this job persistently, even though your company didn’t want to hire me. I kept showing up and even offered to work for free as a friend of the company. When you guys finally hired me, I was such an amazing employee, but having my dream job scared me and so I quit and then begged for my job back several times until the company had to lock the door and block access.

I don’t want to officially be employed here because I’m not ready for the job, but I really like this company. So, don’t hire anybody else and I will show up whenever I want.
