@agentic.james: The gap between an average agent operator and the top 1 percent is not the model. It is that they actually read their transcripts. Every conversation and tool call your agent makes is stored, and it is the best memory, observability and skill-debugging tool you have. Most people never open them. Link in bio if you want to go deeper.
Claude code automatically builds transcripts right?

starting to try to automate taking session transcripts, ETL distillation into something akin to meeting minutes then sucking that into an AnythingLLM workspace's vector DB

Mine created so many MD files to keep track of everything. What really unlocked true breadcrumbing though was forcing subagents to open PRs instead of just the orchestrator auto-merging everything itself. I want them to be the Chief Product Officer, and they spin up QRE agents to do merges.

Use a dedicated model to go through transcripts and memory after every session. Mirror to obsidian and mempalace. Promote, re-inject value add projections.

You’d almost have too because if you don’t give it context it’ll hallucinate context. So your autistic queries are being anthropamphized into objectives. It’s like that dumb friend who follow what the statement states
