Hmm well what works for me might not work for others, I don’t concur with this sha. When I was a smoker i don’t like to kiss around I love to use my money to buy and when I made the decisions that I won’t do this stuff again I practically stop seeing some kind of friends. If the call me I will lie that I have traveled. Meaning that’s a big lie. But the truth is I didn’t just stop it one day, it’s by a gradual process. And sometimes till date I still use to have the urge to do it but God never allowed me to do it…. Plus i stayed very far away from my friends. Even from my friends that are prominent guy’s💔🥹

I did this first and then I start working out and i determine to stop and pray to God to make it easy for me which is another thing that believe helped but trust me determination matters too and here I am it’s smells bad to me if someone is smoking next to me….
