This happens to me quite often. I’ve always been highly sensitive to spirits though I do not ever disclose that. I had no idea this could be spiritual activity. I’ll often feel something between my eyebrows or lightly above my ear / feel eyes on me if I’m lying on my side.

I was in bed one night, no quite asleep and heard what I thought was one of my kids whisper ‘mum’ as if they were beside the bed, I answered without opening my eyes but they was no reply. When I opened my eyes there was no one there and my bedroom door was still closed. Both my kids were fast asleep in their beds. So weird.

I’ve had that my whole life but like someone’s hugging me. I remember when I was a kid it would happen all the time and I would turn around and freak out because I thought one of my parents had come and given me a hug 😂

This is crazy. Cause lately when I lay down I literally feel like someone’s touching my hair and it feels like it’s moving and I have to like jerk and touch my hair cause I feel like something’s on me. And it happens often now.

Sometimes I get that tingly sparkly feeling on my arm like my boy is sitting next to me still. This is my beautiful boy Jarvis💜 I would love to know if it’s him? Is he ok? He passed away in February from a heart condition we only found out about in October 2025 and I look at this photo that was taken in January and wonder if the light off his beautiful face was someone ready to meet him or waiting for him. I miss him so much it’s hard to breathe. 💜

With both my pregnancies I’ve had this feeling the night before I’ve gone into labour! I was in bed scrolling, had that sensation but on my arm not my nose and then have seen someone standing by the curtains. The first time I asked my husband why he was standing there, then realised he was in the lounge. It felt safe, calm and like I was ok. Then the next day I went into labour, both times exactly the same!

I was laying down in bed one night when my husband was away for work. I was just drifting off when something whispered my name in my ear. I thought I would have been more scared but I didn’t feel scared. It was a weird moment 😂

You mentioned animals. I've never heard anyone refer to animals. That's weird because just yesterday I, again, heard shuffling behind me, as I was going upstairs, but as I turned around I fully expected to see a mid-sized grey and brown dog (like a mid-sized German Shepherd). . I have no clue why I thought that.

we've been sorting and cleaning things in our house, mums had ghost cat on her bed the last few nights. (yes we have a ghost cat lol). plus she keeps hearing the older residents whispering but she can never make out what they're saying lol

Lydia last week this old man was trying to come through to me when I was calling to sleep. His energy was angry and I don’t recognise him from my life. I had to tell him to leave and that he’s not welcome and he left. He was coming in and out of focus from tv static. I don’t know if you or anybody here have an explanation or feeling about it but please share if so xx

My daughter and I experienced a vision of a shadow at the same time recently. It seemed to peak around the corner of the kitchen at the same time our cat walked in the kitchen. We both don’t usually see spirits or anything but it made us both look at the same time. Freaked us both out 😆
