It’s the typical government years ago Washington state had a governor that declared all the groundwater with state property and he said he was gonna put a meter on people’s individual pumps at their houses that had wells and everybody came back and said well fine reimburse me for the cost of that. Well it never went through, but this is absolutely ridiculous. In other words. Person should be able to find the state for putting their resources on their property. it’s just as absurd as convicting this guy and sent him to jail because he used groundwater. If it’s the states property then keep it off my property. I think when you look at it that way it makes no sense.
