The grocery stores in my area have 2 spice sections: the one in the baking section with the McCormick’s that everyone goes to, and the one in the international aisle that has better quality spices for much cheaper without the branding.

I got a grater attachment for kitchen aide from my hubby. I can grate a block quicker than you can cut the shredded cheese bag. I can also use it for many other items.
