Just days earlier Germany and the Soviet Union had signed the Molotov Ribbentrop Pact, a non aggression agreement that included secret plans to divide parts of Eastern Europe between them. Germany attacked Poland from the west on 1 September, and Soviet forces entered from the east on 17 September. The first 3 videos are all from the same fight (not sure if it counts as a battle) a group of postmen who had military experience stopped German soldiers of the ss by holding up in their post office with rifles and grenades, they held out for a long time to the point the Germans had to bring in artillery to take the post office
