Jello jello peel off base was a game changer for my nail health. They literally come off with no tension and my nails are healthy. No acetone soaking or efile drilling required.

it's weird like i also do gelx and also I have very thin nails naturally but they don't get thinner after removal. Maybe it's something that you do while putting them on like dehydrator or excess filling 😅

I SWEAR BY THISS my friend put me on. I apply one or two layers at night and just keep applying each day till my nail gets healthy and it’s quick!! Takes less than a week

this looks like over filing during prep and/or removal. you could practice filing on an egg whether it's hand file or an e-file AKA drill (there's videos out there showing how to learn how not to be too heavy handed the egg is just one trick) you can try leaving a thin layer of gel and by not removing all of it and then doing your new set on top of that. and maybe let your nails grow out and give them a break for a bit to get healthier I won't say let them breathe cuz nails don't have lungs. if this is being done by going to a salon I would advise not going back to them.

These are forced off. If you have your gel nails removed by your nail tech you will find that your nails will be pretty healthy. I'm in process of going gel free now text taken them off but I had the thickest of thinnest layer of gel to try and keep the strength while they grow out

they arnt supposed to look like this your not supposed to file all the way to your natural nail you need to leave a thin layer of the gel x when removing x
