#publicawareness #fyp #potatocorner Supposed to be a quick fries run yesterday, May 26 around 7:44 PM at the Potato Corner Arnaiz Pasay branch... but instead of being surprised by promos, we were shocked by what we saw. My sister was about to buy fries when she noticed several rats roaming around the area, not just on the floor, but even near the fries mixing station itself. At first, I honestly thought the video looked too unreal to be true kasi kitang-kita talaga yung daga habang may hawak pang fries and dumadaan mismo sa haluan ng food. We already reported this to the management, and this situation is very alarming considering this is a food establishment. What's more concerning is that based on what we heard during our conversation with them, this branch allegedly had previous sanitation issues involving cockroaches as well. Posting this for public awareness only, especially now that diseases linked to rats, like hantavirus, are being taken seriously. Symptoms don't always appear immediately, kaya nakaka-worry talaga. Credit din to the management for responding quickly and reaching out agad. They even sent 2 PC toy merchandise for my two pamangkins who also bought from the branch that day and offer medical assistance. We appreciate the response, but we still hope stricter sanitation and pest control measures will be implemented moving forward. From being one of our favorite fries spots... this experience was honestly disappointing.
