Update: the coffee shop is open Monday and Friday 8am to 1.30pm, and Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 3pm. It is closed on weekends. I’m not 100% sure so worth double checking, but you may still be able to sit and work after closing time. I stayed until 3.30pm and wasn’t asked to leave, and there were still plenty of people there.
