I feel like people who have broad shoulders and larger busts, halter tops just accentuate the shoulders and also draw the bust down, creating more empty space between bust and shoulders.... proportions ain't looking great, a cowl neckline can draw the attention away from the bust and length of shoulders !

The problem is that the length and ratio of your proportions also matter. You could be an inverted triangle with a short torso and long legs or a long torso and short legs. The length also changes what looks flattering. I’m tired😭
