People saying the photos are identical or they they look great in both have missed the point of the video. No one’s saying they look completely different or awful - the point is that they look ‘perfect’ in their own photos with filters and touch ups and in the photographer pictures they have: skin texture, lines, nasal labial folds, darker under eyes, and their make up looks like make up. That’s the point, that they are just like everyone else and in reality they are not naturally ‘airbrushed’ like they would try and have you believe

I’m so glad this video was made. They are still beautiful with their imperfections but it helps us realize that imperfections are okay. Those edited versions create unrealistic goals for all of us.
