@bobandelliothismustache: What an excellent experience with the Lynchburg at War film. Being in a film will give you an appreciation for how films are made. Each shot there was about 3 cameras rolling. Each scene was shot about 4 times. I was a soldier extra. In one scene I was part of 4 soldiers who lifted Stonewall Jackson’s casket out of its box via ropes. We did that scene about 6 times. Met a lot of amazing people who took part as extras like me. A lot of dedicated people full of historical knowledge. We all got crash courses on different manual of arms with our weapons vs what I learned in the Army.
