Think me and my tism would get on very well with these direct questions, it’s not rudeness, it’s just void of social “fluffing” most require in engagements for people to manage the other persons feelings, waste of energy

The fact that people doesn't hold the door open is a bit rude, in my opinion. I mean, it's just common courtesy to hold the door for the person behind you. But well, I think they just don't realize it because they help people a lot in other ways.

Living in Korea, I can honestly say people here are incredibly nice. In the beginning, I was always confused about how to do simple things, but people would notice my confusion and be the first to help out. I was especially surprised in Busan when older women offered me their seats on public transport! That is definitely not common in my culture. They were just so sweet🥹

Same, here in Vietnam, ppl will ask “where are you going?” But they really mean “hello” or “nice day”
