@soulfully_embodied: Comment “yes” if you’ve had your anxiety blamed as the problem, when the real problem was the person accusing you. Those of us who have lived through toxic or abusive relationships know this one intimately. “You’re too sensitive” “you’re too emotional” “you need to deal with your anxiety.” When in reality it’s your body screaming “get me out of here.” Learning to listen to - and trust - our body’s cues again is key to healing after narcissistic abuse ❤️ #narcissisticabuserecovery #narcissisticabuse #somatichealing #creatorsearchinsights #anxietyrelief
Yes!! I’ve been listening to this feeling and when my nervous system feels diss-regulated in a situation or around someone.

Finally listening to this, not that I’m aware, I can feel right away or within a few encounters that someone isn’t safe, and so far I’ve been bang on. My favourite self care is blocking or removing access to me when the person doesn’t align. So opposite of the girl who use to chase.

Please follow "the gut instinct" if you're not doing that, at least toss a coin. That way you have a chance

Anxiety wasn't dismissed by accident. 'You're too sensitive' is the move that takes your most reliable information and uses it against you. The body keeps telling the truth. The labeling makes the truth-teller the problem."
