1st day: legs + abs (5 legs)(glutes+ calves , extensions...) 2nd day : chest + shoulders ( 5 chest)(2 upper,2 lower,fly) 3rd day : back + abs (5 back ) 4th day : biceps+ triceps+ shoulders + abs (2bi,2 tri,1 shoulders) 5th day : cardio + pull ups Thank God I've been two years and my body is like 5 years gym.
