We converted our downstairs toilet into a utility by buying a toilet with a sink on it (good considering we’re on a water meter too so the water is recycled back into the toilet), had a shelf and rail put in our airing cupboard, and had the attic boarded out so we can put stuff in. 2 bed new build with only a tiny shed out back - not for the weak 🤣

I only have a 2 bed new build but we have 3 huge storage cupboards but they have deffo turned into dumping ground x

There’s actually a set m2 of storage required in new build homes for NDSS but builders get away with it with things like tallboy cabinets in kitchens etc
