Roasted Garlic Parm Chicken & Potatoes✨🧄🤯 I could eat this everyday! #recipeideas #homecooking #howtocook #EasyRecipe #foodasmr  Recipe:  Ingredients • 2–4 chicken breasts, cubed • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for roasting • 1 cup grated Parmesan • Juice and zest of ½ lemon • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced • 1 head of garlic • Chopped parsley • Lemon pepper • Italian seasoning • Paprika • Salt and pepper  • harissa paste 2 tbsp • 2 potatoes, diced • Onion powder • 2 tbsp mayo • Broccoli, for serving Instructions Cube the chicken breasts and toss with 2 tbsp olive oil, Parmesan, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, parsley, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. I also added a couple tablespoons of harissa,  I had it so I used it, but this is totally optional! Let marinate while you prep the potatoes. Dice the potatoes and season with olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Air fry at 400°F for 18 minutes, shaking halfway through. Spread the chicken on a lined baking sheet. Roast alongside 1 head of garlic, with the top sliced off and wrapped in foil with a drizzle of olive oil, at 400°F for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl and mix with 4 tbsp olive oil, some parmesean, 2 tbsp mayo, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in a little of the chicken juices, then brush over the cooked chicken. Serve with the crispy potatoes and steamed or sautéed broccoli. Enjoy!😊
