Easy microwave cookie 🍪 🇩🇪Zutaten: 30g Butter (geschmolzen) 1,5 EL brauner Zucker 1 EL Zucker 1 Eigelb 8-10 EL Mehl 1 Prise Salz 30g Schokodrops Zubereitung: 1. Geschmolzene Butter, brauner Zucker und Zucker miteinander verrühren. 2. Eigelb hinzugeben und kurz einrühren. 3. Mehl und Salz dazugeben und alles zu einem Teig verrühren. 4. Schokodrops hinzufügen und rühren. 5. Den Cookie bei 600 Watt (!) für ca. 1:55 min in die Mikrowelle geben. ❗️Die genaue Backzeit kann je nach Mikrowelle sowie Größe der Tasse/Schale variieren. Bei einem flach verteiltem Teig kann der Cookie schneller fertig sein, bei kleineren/ tieferen Formen braucht er länger. Nach etwa 1 Minute den Zustand vom Cookie kontrollieren und bei Bedarf (wie bei mir) länger drinnen lassen. ——— 🇬🇧 Ingredients: * 30g butter (melted) * 1½ tbsp brown sugar * 1 tbsp sugar * 1 egg yolk * 8–10 tbsp flour * 1 pinch of salt * 30g chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar until combined. 2. Add the egg yolk and stir briefly. 3. Add the flour and salt, then mix until a dough forms. 4. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Microwave at 600 watts for about 1 minute 55 seconds. ❗️The exact cooking time may vary depending on the microwave as well as the size and shape of the mug or bowl. If the dough is spread out more thinly, the cookie may cook faster. Smaller or deeper containers may require a little longer.
