St. Tammany and Jefferson parish problems are very similar. If you dive into who is related to on both councils it will be all clear.

Now have the Legislative Auditor investigate the finances of the Sheriff’s non collection of $47 million in Assessed but uncollected Judicial fines,fees and Court costs that have lead to critically under funding STP DA and Judge! Strange set of excuses presented by the Sheriff that need to be investigated when compared to Jefferson Parish with only $185,000 in uncollected funds! 😳😳😳😳

In Jefferson Parish it is the Clerk of Court which collects the fines,fees and Court costs. Jefferson only has $185,000 owed per the Clerk’s Legislative Audit versus the Sheriff’s Legislative Audit reported in 2024 the sum of $226 million then in 2025 $47 million. Audits done lie ! Someone didn’t do their job!! No scandal???
