@willbickleyfitness: Use dumbbells to transform your physique… Aim for three or four workouts per week. I would recommend a full body workout split if your training three days. And a push pull legs full body split if you’re training four days. You can use these dumbbell exercises and adapt them to which ever workout split you choose Aim to progress in weight or reps each week. And make sure that your exercise technique is as perfect as it can be. Whilst standardising your reps so you know you’re making true progress every week. Train hard and close to failure most sets. Outside of the gym, consume 1.6 to 1.8 g of protein per kilogram of body weight.
