If this child has prior stalking and harassment issues (not even charges) then the parents also need to be charged for child neglect. Turning a blind eye to your child’s potentially dangerous behavior should be a crime. And yes, horse show security needs to be improved industry wide. Best case these troubled kids will vandalize your stuff at a show, worst case…they stab your damn horses😐

Considering when profile a suspect, one of the first things they look into is being a young age and harming animals so yes i agree they need to be charged as an adult because the fact she’s young and harming animals so easily and care free indicates a mental illness deeper and be worse later on.
