I am on day 4. stomach aches went away already. I do eat afterwards . but so far haven't had a craving to munch through out the day. I have got better energy so far. Haven't seen any loss of weight yet. Will see after a week or so. it taste really good if you like a berry taste. 1st one was a strange berry taste but not a horrible ! hope i see some results in the next few weeks

Guys I like it and I think it works pretty well I can definitely feel a difference. Your stomach might hurt when you first take it but it does get better!
