The bench trial sealed her fate. There was reasonable doubt all over this. If she had a jury trial and she had a better attorney she would have gotten a not guilty verdict. She deserves an appeal.

totally hypothetical, what if one supposes a 13 Yr old is manipulated and groomed into a relationship by a predatory 16 Yr old, after several years of abuse she starts acting out with reactive abuse, treating the primary abuser in a similar fashion to how they, themselves have been treated. to counter this the older abuser decides to employ DARVO, so deliberately provokes reactionary abuse, and records it, making sure to appear calm to appear the victim. Now comes an incident where the primary abuser engineers a situation where they expect a volatile reaction and enlists a person they regard as disposable to be a witness and ally, but that event ends in a situation where the primary abuser and the disposable witness/ally perish. How would this change the public opinion of the survivor, what might this do to the narrative of any trial, could the volatile reaction be justified?

I think it's important to look at the full relationship dynamic. In any romantic relationship, both people's actions and how they treated each other can be relevant to understanding what was going on. That doesn't mean harmful behavior is justified, but it does mean that understanding the context often requires looking at both sides rather than focusing on only one person.

They were both red flags and me having serving on both local and federal trial’s you can see this is and was a character case prosecution had a weak case and started pulling rabbits out the hat that bald head mf is trash he needs a new job

I think a lot of people are putting in their own emotions when watching your videos. People also seem to forget that cause and effect exist as well. You’re not saying she’s innocent in these videos 😭 Bias and emotions are overriding the message. It’s a good message too!
