@homnayangi620: Black garlic has a completely transformed taste compared to raw or regular garlic. It loses almost all of its sharp, pungent, spicy, and sulfurous bite (the “garlicky” sting that can linger on your breath), thanks to the aging process that breaks down allicin and converts compounds through the Maillard reaction.
