It has 43g of protein and is one of my favorite healthy desserts when I want something sweet. Makes 1 serving: ~336 cal, 43P, 22C, 11F Ingredients: - 1 cup 2% cottage cheese - 2 tbsp powdered monkfruit sweetener - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 protein bar (my favorite is @Promix Nutrition Cookies & Cream whey puff bar - discount code ‘CLAIRE) or you can use granola! - Berries for topping How to: 1. Add the cottage cheese, powdered monkfruit sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy. 2. Crumble the protein bar into the bottom of a bowl or jar to create the crust. 3. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the top. 4.
