I think it should be bumped to a 7/10. your personal preference on muskavado sugar isnt the deciding factor, as you said the general quality was fantastic, but the flavour provided (as long as it resembles quality STP taste) is not as important as it is subjective. but quality of the product is the most objective part of the rating. so in my opinion from your description, a 7/10 is warranted
