Not enough people, there is not enough evidence to suggest (using the highest difference) that the men’s score is actually lower than the women’s score (using a 95% confidence). But this is just using proportions, maybe it could be good if we can see that data graph separated by men and women. You didn’t show it though so I had to use proportions.
