Cattleman’s Casserole (@Lacey 🖤 ‘s recipe) Let me tell ya, we did not have ANY leftovers for this one! #easydinners #easydinnerideas #casserole #casserolerecipe #quickdinners Cattleman’s Casserole 🍽️ Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 🥩 1 packet taco seasoning 🌮(I made my own) 1/4 cup water🚰 1 cup mayo 1 cup sour cream 1 packet of ranch seasoning 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese 🧀 1 tsp onion powder 🧅 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄 1 box of cheddar bay biscuits 🦞 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef, strain, bring back to pan. Season with taco seasoning (or make your own like I did here). Combine 1 cup of mayo and sour cream. Add in ranch packet and 1 cup of shredded cheese and mix. Set aside. Make biscuits per box instructions. Grease casserole dish. Line bottom of casserole dish with biscuit mixture. Layer ground beef on top. Then mayo/sour cream mixture. Top with desired amount of shredded cheese and smoked paprika. Bake for 30 mins. Last 2 mins set to broil. Don’t let it burn! Let cool for 15 minutes & enjoy! 😊
