Day 19 update of wegovy pill. Day 10 of 4mg. Low appetite today not as hungry. Usually I’m wanting snack in evening and I’m not. I hope it stays this way. I’ll continue keep you posted if that’s ok.

Did you start off on the shots initially? I was on the shot for four years and then I switched to the pill because of the price obviously lol and now I’m in maintenance. i’ve been in maintenance for about 2 1/2 years I lost 160 pounds total when I switched to the Wegovy pill I noticed my weight went up a few pounds I have since increased my dose. I start the 25 mg tomorrow. I’m curious to see how this will go. I have experienced actual side effects on the pill. I had no side effects on the shot the entire time I was on it. I was on Mounjaro thanks for doing your videos because I was thinking about switching over to the foundayo pill I didn’t only because I had already suffered through all of the side effects of this pill so I figured I may as well see this one through

That is happening to me with zepbound now. I have a month of no losing weight on 5mg but due to $ I’m not planning to ask the doctor to change my dose. In fact I have lost 5 pounds in 7 weeks. And it will be ok as soon as I don’t have that food noise as in the past. It’s better than nothing.

I used foundayo 0.8 also and i didn't lose any weight at all i just finished the box yesterday I'm thinking to jump to 14 mg next time
