Only Park control and MSI Afterburner is useful here,and it will not give you 300+ fps instantly, 90% problems with fps is only cause ur pc is shi. But of course, if something happened with videocard or processor, you need use some apps, mostly of them is official. Like Amd center, Nvidia App etc. Park control is good for using its Bitsum best performance powerlevel (which turning all limits off) and MSI afterburner to calibrate your videocard. Other stuff is simply do nothing.
