@cchungy_: The Bandit Grand Prix is a Formula 1 inspired foot race hosted by the Brooklyn based performance apparel brand, Bandit Running. With a 1km closed circuit that winds in and out of the Brooklyn Storehouse with the NYC skyline as the backdrop. The format starts with a 5km open race with the top 50 runners advancing to a nighttime 3km Super Finals. And anyone who places 50-100th advances to a 3km b-finals. The fastest runner in the open race receives pole-position and a chance to win prize money. And if you don’t want to race the full distance, there is also a 4x1km relay format. The race is designed to merge unsanctioned racing, traditional road racing and F1 racing.
