I have an 06 ram 5/7 drop i got 2 icnh drop spindles not sure if the brembos would were due to the knuckle I would either have to go back to an original knuckle but not sure what's your advice 🤔 I need some help

Surface area has nothing to do with braking. Braking is all friction which is not dependent on surface area. The clamping force should increase since there are more pistons. Ideally you would have a larger total cross sectional area from the 4 pistons increasing braking force. Pressure is the same but the total cross sectional area should be larger resulting in a larger clamping force.

as an owner of an 04 dodge ram 4x4. I did the front brakes the first time at 60k. I just last week replaced the again at 144k. I thought they'd be worn more but to my surprise I had plenty left
