@zoyacooks7: ✨Creamy Chilli garlic Pasta 🍝 ingredients: * 250g spaghetti * 3–4 tbsp butter * 1 onion, chopped * 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste * 1 tsp chilli oil * 1 tsp oyster sauce * 1 tsp dark soy sauce * 1 tsp cayenne pepper * ½ tsp salt (or to taste) * 1 tsp dried parsley * 1 tsp oregano * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp achar gosht masala (optional) * ½ tsp chilli flakes * 200ml double cream * 1 cup whole milk * ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese Garnish * Sesame seeds * Chopped spring onions * Fresh parsley or coriander Method * Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. * Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion with the ginger & garlic paste for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden. * Add the chilli oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and all the spices. Mix well and cook for 1 minute. * Pour in the double cream and cook for another 1–2 minutes. * Add the milk and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add a splash of extra milk if needed. * Toss in the cooked spaghetti and mix until fully coated. * Drizzle with a little extra chilli oil and garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and fresh parsley or coriander.
