It’s for your waterline but if you want to use kohl for eyeliner, add some coconut oil to make it better to work with. I’m Indian, we use this and call it kajal.

Babes I’m an Egyptian and please ignore the weird comments. Kohl is yes meant for the waterline mainly but also yes you can use it as normal eyeliner. It is messy sometimes but once you get the hand of it it’s life changing.
