@littleremyfood: Making an edible SQUISHY using MARSHMALLOWS?! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: For the cookies: • 2 ½ packets (about 12½ tsp) unflavored gelatin • 1 cups + 2 tbsp cold water, divided • 1 cups granulated sugar, divided • ¾ cup light corn syrup, divided • Powdered sugar, for dusting Directions: 1. In a medium sized pot, melt granulated sugar and ½ cup water, and light corn syrup on medium heat. 2. While the sugar is melting, bloom gelatin in cold water. 3. In a 5 quart planetary mixer, combine melted sugar mixture and gelatin and mix on high for 10 minutes. 4. Pour into a pan oiled and lined with parchment paper (I used an 8in x 8in pan) and let sit for 12 hours, undisturbed. 5. Cut into preferred shapes, toss in powdered sugar, and enjoy! 😊
