for those who get confused about the rep part. Till failure is to pick a weight where you can do reps in 5-8 reps MAX (That's till failure where you can't go past 8 reps). now if you're adapted to that rep and can do 9+ reps then that's not TILL FAILURE (u should now add a weight).
