You’re right. Look at how many hours we waste just doom scrolling. I can be guilty of this for sure. It’s the whole world that has a social media problem. I believe our phones can become idols easily just like anything else.

I think another good solution to reduce the amount of screen time is staying busy and choosing to do other things. Like read a book (Bible is my favorite), I’m learning to crotchet, take a walk, I do puzzles and work in my garden. 😊
