If I'm being honest, I feel like its mostly based off how rtc explains their past lives in a comedic way, ESPECIALLY the promo photos for Constance. The creators just didn't handle it well and made these more laughable funny jokes instead of it actually being serious.. I'm not defending the community but it's mostly the way it was written in my opinion..
