@beccanomics101: My husband’s salary progression from minimum wage to six figures, it has NOT been a straight up progression at all. He not only spent his twenties figuring out what he wanted to do, he also figured out what he was good at. He’s relatively risk averse so making the jump from salary to commission was scary but because we had a strong financial foundation in place it has worked out wonderfully for him and I’m not looking back!
My husband went from 42k to 120k in 5 years. He works so hard and I’m so lucky.

Yesssss! My family member works in chemical sales and makes $176k+. Honestly just going from one company to another is key to keeping your salary up, I wish I’d figured that out sooner!

Medical device sales and construction materials!!! based on his experience the base pay should begin at 85k plus commission. more in cities if you’re open to moving
