Hey, love these videos. Really gave me a lot of motivation towards consistency. I couldnt help but notice there might be less mobility in one of your shoulders, although it was just a small pose you did and i could be entirely completely wrong because it was just two seconds. Not that the less mobility is any harmful or anything, but since you’re already building your body, i think it might be worth to start looking towards the mobility aspect of your body in general, and im sure viewers would enjoy it. Love the content, keep up the great work

I publicly speak daily. It’s definitely easier when you’re passionate about what you’re talking about. I’d you want to sharpen it, practice talking to us about something you’re not as passionate about.
