The fridge door is the warmest part of the fridge so typically it's meant for things that don't need to be too cold such as sauces and eggs. I love your content and I'm sure everything works for you but where you have your sauces are the coldest part of the fridge and that's typically where you would want to store things that would get bad fast if they were warm such as cheese and milk 😗

I never keep my fruit or veg in the veggie drawer because out of sight out of mind 😂 so instead I keep my chocolate in the drawer (strangely never forget my chocolate in that drawer though 🤔)

the fridge is actually designed for certain products. produce for the humidity levels and cold control in the drawers, perishables in the colder part (back and top) and non or slow perishables in the door which is warmer

The door is not cold enough for the cheese you can keep butter in the door but cheese and meat yogurt etc they need to be in the colder place in your fridge look for it there’s a specific area that is colder

The fridge door is much warmer than the inside of the fridge. So if you notice things aren’t as cold, that’s why.

This is genius 😭 ADHD fridge hacks always make me realize how much food I've accidentally forgotten existed. I used to waste groceries constantly while feeling bloated, exhausted and overwhelmed by simple tasks. It felt like I could never get ahead. Then someone in a women’s wellbeing group recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. A few months later I was down 30 lbs, had more energy and finally felt on top of things. Love it) Feels like hidden info.

Btw better to have drinks in the door and dairy where the drinks are. The door is warmer. So we make dairy section with milk/eggs/yogurt/cottage cheese and cheese. Also those plastic container that make fake drawers are helpful to prevent stacking. This used to be the way we did it but kids leave the door open. Just food for thought! Keep sauces in the drawer 10/10

Prep everything as soon as you get home from the store. Ex) wash, cut, and pack fruits and veggies so you’re more likely to eat them

Whenever I buy groceries I list what’s in the fridge in red on a whiteboard on the fridge door. So I can see without digging what’s in the fridge and what needs to be used. Stuff we need to buy gets listed in green.

I put a blank dry erase board on the front of my fridge. After I buy something or if I put left overs in the fridge I will write it on there so I remember it is in the fridge!
