That corn bread peach cake loaf casserole thing looked delicious in all forms. I wonder if laying the canned peaches to dry on kitchen roll then coating in a little flour before adding would help prevent the implosion. Your afternoon looked very calm and lovely. Hope you had a good day Kate!
