SRSLY IS THERE A BETTER COMBO 🍔 🍝  You need to try this! 🤤    MACROS PER SERVE  555 Calories | 55.7g Protein 48.1g Carbs | 13.1g Fats    Ingredients (serves 4)  • 500g Extra lean beef mince  • 100g Onion, chopped   • 3 Garlic cloves, chopped  • 1 Tbsp Plain Flour - smart protein Flour (Vetta) @vetta • 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil +  extra virgin olive oil spray • 400g Crushed Tomatoes • 3 Tbsp American Mustard  • 3 Tbsp Reduced salt/sugar tomato sauce  • 60g Pickles, chopped (wicked burger pickles) • 800ml Beef Stock  • 250g Spiral protein pasta @Vetta  • 100g Country Light Tasty Grated Cheese 50% Less Fat ( Bega)  • Onion Powder, Garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper method 1. Lightly spray pan with extra virgin olive oil, add mince, chopped onion, and garlic. Once cooked remove and set aside. 2. In the same pan, add 1 Tbsp olive oil, and 1 Tbsp flour and combine to make a slurry, add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, mustard, and pickles.  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and paprika seasonings. Simmer for a few minutes.  4. Add beef stock, and pasta, stir occasionally. Keep on a simmer until sauce is thick and pasta is fully cooked.  5. Add the cooked mince back to the pan, fully combine, season with extra salt if desired.  6. Sprinkle cheese and incorporate.
