my parents HOA actually has this no vehicle parked overnight on the street rule. When I go home for Christmas, I have to park at the community pool so I dont get towed the 2 nights I'm there.

I made sure we had a HOA. I wanted to make sure my neighbors didn’t decrease the value of my home. I worked very hard to pay it off early. Ppl don’t realize how much your neighbor can decrease the value of your home. When you go to resale. There was nothing crazy in our HOA. Very simple by laws.

the HOA has been around for too long and too many times have broken the law so now a new law is coming to affect really soon so now the HOA will no longer be around to make any more laws that are so stupid and they charge you for things that they're not supposed to charge you for the new law will put them out of business for good Radio Shack went out of business Blockbuster went out of business and so will the HOA

move out of the HOA it is illegal for the HOA to do all these things that they are doing and is against the law just because they have papers and that's it they can go to jail talk to a lawyer or call the police move out or get them out right now there is a law that will be hosted pretty soon that HOA will not exist for the HOA has done so many bad things to so many good people
