Lowkey looking back at it, woody really did represent loyalty, everyone around him left him, no matter how many tribulations and growth they all went through together. It shows how that although you can have boundless love and loyalty for the people in your life, you have to be your own hero at the end of the day. Him being the sheriff, symbolism of leadership and responsibility shows how these qualities will forever be who he is, and because of that, he will be hurt. But there’s beauty in choosing yourself (last movie symbolism)
