Well this is correct but incorrect at the same time. The information that you say, should never be on the slide. You should have the main points highlighted in a graphical ways.

Also, don't just say what's on the slides. The slides should be bullet points to help your audience follow along with your presentation, but the information should come from you mostly.

Another trick to effectivise your presentation is to utilize animations. Making certain relevant images appear to reinforce the points youre making as you dive into them.

The last 3 times I presented to our CISO, I had a single slide in a series with 2-3 other presenters. I’m assuming you have the audience anchor in a transition slide before presenting actual content. Curious, what do you recommend in this situation?
